Make time to invest in your marriage—you won’t want to miss this event!

We invite you to join us this fall for a weekend designed to refresh, encourage, and strengthen your marriage. Maybe you’ve been married for just a short time or for decades, or are engaged or looking to be married, this retreat offers a special opportunity to step away from the busyness of life and intentionally invest in one another.

You’ll enjoy Christ-centered teaching, meaningful conversations, and intentional time together as a couple. Our prayer is that you leave with renewed love, deeper connection, and lasting encouragement for your marriage.

Speakers Chad and Erica Schapiro are passionate about helping couples build strong, Christ-centered marriages. Married for nearly 21 years, they understand both the joys and challenges of marriage and are committed to equipping couples with biblical principles and practical tools to strengthen their relationships.

Chad with over 20 years of business leadership experience, transitioned into full-time ministry and has served with the San Antonio Baptist Association and planted two churches. He now works with Texas Baptists as the Director of the Pastor Strong Initiative and a regional church representative. He is completing his Doctor of Ministry degree, with a focus on marriage, and is a certified Prepare and Enrich marriage facilitator.

Erica holds a degree in counseling and has experience working with youth and families in various settings such as foster care to private practice. She holds a Doctor of Ministry degree, with her doctoral project emphasizing in marriage.

Beyond ministry, Chad and Erica love cheering on their two daughters in sports and taking long walks together. Their heart for marriage ministry is to inspire, encourage, and equip couples to thrive in their relationship with God and each other.

Schedule & Meals

Friday – Session begins at 6:30 PM, and includes dinner.

Saturday – A continental breakfast will be available at 8:30 AM; the session begins at 9:00 AM and will continue until 12:00 PM.
